We want you to love your Fahlo pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
